** Television streaming services are subject to the terms and conditions of your streaming provider. The Star One should not be relied on as an emergency contact system. Phone services are through your normal iPhone/Android service provider and are subject to their terms, conditions and charges.
*** Reception requires a reasonably clear view of the sky (trees may interfere with reception) and maybe influenced by weather, atmospheric conditions and anomalies in the local area. Coverage and speeds will vary (expected to increase but not guaranteed) as the Starlink constellation continues to evolve and more satellites are launched. In-motion functionality confirmed tested and working at the time of writing. It is not guaranteed that Starlink will not prohibit the use of in-motion internet streaming in the future either altogether on the product or require additional fees. Any fees are outside of VANSAT and are the responsibility of the user.
**** WARRANTY > 12 Months on Star One and Dishy providing we supplied the Starlink Dishy. For customers sending us their Starlink Dishy to be fitted to Star One our modifying of your Starlink product will void your warranty. The Star One structure still carries our 12 months warranty in these cases.
