VANSAT WARRANTY

Aardvark Electronics VANSAT values your investment in our product. We are NOT happy unless you are. As of April 1st 2006 we are pleased to offer a THREE YEAR warranty on our BLUESTAR TV Systems and from the 1st December 2023 TWELVE MONTHS on our STAR ONE (Starlink) INTERNET Systems. (Please note that all VAST decoders and optional extras carry a 12 month warranty). Commercial INTERNET systems including TRAILERS also carry a 12 months warranty.
Whilst failures are almost UNKNOWN with our equipment we do understand that things can go wrong. As such we have always had a very open mind when items have been returned. Even to the point of repairing/replacing some equipment that obviously has been damaged by mishandling or misuse. Having said this we would appreciate your understanding regarding the following scenarios where our warranty may not apply: (our discretion)
| 1 | Equipment That Has Suffered Electrical or Lightning Surge Damage |
| 2 | Equipment That Has Been "Backed Over" By Your Motorhome/Caravan |
| 3 | Satellite Receivers, Satellite Finders and Accessories That Have Water Damage (of course we DO cover LAND Dishes, Cables and LNB for this) |
| 4 | Cables and Fittings That Have Been Overtightened |
| 5 | Corrosion and Storm Damage (all systems) |
| 6 | Fire and Theft |
| 7 | Accidental and Wilful Damage |
| 8 | Changes To The Satellite Services That May Result In Equipment Upgrades or Replacement Being Required |
| 9 | Disruption or Termination Of Satellite Services |
| 10 | Driving with your Automatic Bluestar or DataStar System raised |
| 11 | Cyclonic and Extreme Marine weather conditions damaging the Radome (Marine Systems Only) |
| 12 | Obvious Physical Damage |
