FYI, a fellow caravanner here in Kalbarri last week tried installing his new Satellite dish etc, it was his first time out and after three days and a fortune in mobile calls he couldn't get it to tune and ended up throwing it into the boot in absolute disgust.

This set of equipment was out of Perth and I think a good $200 to $300 cheaper than the option from you, however the only training was on the guy's driveway in Perth and a few felt tip markings here and there on the dish.

However with the VANSAT option after unpacking, assembly and reviewing the DVD all in all about an hour and then connecting/ adjusting which was about 20 minutes, a perfect result! Given this was from a standing start and was a totally new project it is clear that the quality of your instructions / equipment package is superior, particularly as we are at extreme points from each other across the country and I didn't have to contact you once. I guess that then makes the couple hundred dollars difference obsolete?
